		<description>I first had this when I was in my early 20s.  A mid 90s Italian man I knew made it almost every night - at least while the weather was warm and the tomatoes were coming in from the garden.

He put a couple of handfuls of peas in with the tomatoes. Adds a nice flavor.

I just dice the tomatoes and toss them in olive oil and garlic - no pre boil or skinning them.  I top it off with basil and grated cheese.

It&#039;s a great recipe.</description>
