Pollan is on the shelf, just further down. Bittman is on my wish list, though I have several of Rozanne Gold's minimalist cookbooks. I have two Moosewood collective books, and Obama, well, I can't read ONLY cancer stuff.

I'm convinced that health is maintained by a number of factors, including proper nutrition, stress management (<-- yoga plug), exercise and a reduction of the ingestion of chemicals and preservatives. So organic, yes, vegetarian...the jury is still out for me.

Where's Pollan? Where's Kingsolver? Where's The Calm Technique? Where's Mark Bittman? Where's Deborah Madison? Where's Moosewood? What's Obama got to do with cancer prevention? :)

Great recipes, but I am more and more convinced that it's all (health- physical & mental) about being (organic) vegetarian

Cheers,
