		<description>I do have to add food items to the database now and then, but once they are in there you can easily pull them up again. One thing I love: If you have a favorite recipe you can put in the ingredients and it will spit out all the nutritional info for you.</description>

		<description>That&#039;s a pretty good food diary site. I have gotten frustrated with a lot of them because I have to manually enter so many foods and nutritional info.

Also, I probably shouldn&#039;t start a food diary on a day when I had cheese and homemade chocolate chip cookies for supper.</description>
